• Book any MYSUN model between 24th August to 11th September, 2022 by making the required advance payment to be eligible to participate in this promotion.
• If any client does not want to participate in the lucky draw, they need to inform the Company in writing.
• One winner in each category shall be identified from all eligible client bookings between 24th August to 11th September, 2022. The winning clients will be identified through a lucky draw amongst all the eligible participants and a priority list in descending order shall be prepared.
• For CANOPAS upgrade, the winners shall be offered a discounted upgrade rate of Rs 15/Wp plus GST only against our standard upgrade rate of Rs 40/Wp plus GST.
• The lucky draw shall be conducted by the company at its office and the winners shall be informed through email. The winning clients would need to confirm their acceptance in writing of the upgrade offer, and pay the upgrade price (in case of CANOPAS), within 7 days of being informed.
• The applicable delivery timelines for different models of MYSUN shall apply in case of upgrades. We typically offer 5-6 weeks for CYRA, 6-10 weeks for ARBOR, and 8-12 weeks for CANOPAS. The timelines for all participating clients may get impacted due to their participation in this Independence Offer.
• In the rare case, the winner does not want to avail of the offer and fails to complete the above process within the stipulated timeframe, the company has the right, but not the obligation, to withdraw the offer to that client and offer the same to the next in the line client.
• All the upgrades shall be subject to the technical feasibility of installing the upgraded product. In case such feasibility is not possible due to technical reasons, then the upgrade won’t be offered to the concerned client. In such cases, no discount or cashback or any equivalent amount, product, or service shall be provided to the client and the company shall have no further obligation towards the concerned client with regards to this promotion.
• The decision of the company shall be binding in this case.
• The above offer is applicable on select system sizes only.
• This offer is not available for systems bought under the subsidy scheme.
• The offer is available in Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon.
• All CANOPAS upgrades will be available for 2 tier structures.
• MYSUN’s products shall continue to be available outside of this offer too during this period.
• The company reserves the right to amend, modify, extend or cancel this promotion without any prior notice.
• MYSUN reserves the right to publish or use otherwise the names and some brief details about the winning clients for its marketing purposes.
